Questions before choosing your coffee

Are pour-over single serves instant coffee or pods?

No. Each packet contains ground coffee in a built-in drip filter. Hot water passes through the grounds into your mug; the grounds stay in the filter. A grinder, pod machine, or separate dripper is not required. Follow the single-serve brewing tutorial.

Should I choose a variety pack or a Discovery Set?

Choose a variety pack to compare different coffee profiles in the same format. Choose a Discovery Set to compare one profile brewed from whole beans and from single-serve pour-over packets.

Does Half Caff mean caffeine-free?

No. Riverside combines caffeinated coffee and decaf. It still contains caffeine. A 50/50 bean blend is not a measured milligram value for every cup; dose and brewing method affect the amount.
