Plan the fit: one sleeve or a full eight-pack.
Each individually sealed sleeve measures 4.5 inches high × 4.25 inches wide × 0.375 inches deep and contains 11 g of NYC-roasted specialty coffee with a built-in pour-over filter.
The eight-pack paperboard caddy measures 4.25 inches long × 4.25 inches wide × 5.25 inches high when closed and holds eight sealed sleeves (88 g total). Include the full caddy in a gift basket or welcome box for eight cups, or choose individual sleeves from 100-count bulk cases for smaller gift inclusions.
The caddy tears open to become a point-of-sale display for the individual sleeves. Set it on an office pantry shelf, in a micro-pantry or beside a hotel coffee station, tea and sugar organizer or hot-water dispenser. Leave room to open the display and lift out sleeves; the dimensions above describe the closed caddy.
Measure the usable interior of your basket, pouch or organizer and allow room for packing material. Test a sample in fitted compartments before ordering; do not rely on folding the sleeve to make it fit.

A full-size gift for clients, faculty, teams, weddings and anniversaries. Standard pricing is $11.50 per bag with a 100-bag minimum: $1,150 in merchandise.
Standard label: 4 × 2 inches. This option contains 8.8 ounces of coffee, rather than 8 ounces.
Sizes describe net coffee weight, not bag dimensions. Both formats offer whole bean or ground coffee with a custom adhesive label on a stock black or white satin bag. Whole bean coffee needs a grinder and brewer; ground coffee needs a suitable brewer.
What can I personalize, and what does the estimate include?
Share your logo, names, event date, message, colors and artwork. Standard customization is an adhesive label on a stock bag. Metallic or transparent labels, different bag styles, multiple designs, custom coffee selections and design assistance need individual review for availability, cost and timing.
The calculator includes coffee, a stock bag, standard custom adhesive label, roasting, filling, sealing and case packing. Shipping, delivery, taxes, premium coffee, special materials and any design charges are confirmed separately. Your quote will confirm the agreed coffee, grind, roast, packaging, design quantities, delivery arrangements and total before approval.

What are the minimum quantities?
4 oz bags start at 250 bags at $6.25 each: $1,562.50 in merchandise. 8.8 oz bags start at 100 bags at $11.50 each: $1,150 in merchandise. These estimates exclude separately quoted costs.
What equipment will recipients need?
Whole bean coffee requires a grinder and brewer; ground coffee requires a suitable brewer. For recipients with hot water and a mug, explore 100-count pour-over cases for gift basket inclusions or ready-to-order pour-over gifts. The custom bag program is separate from individually filtered pour-over packets.
Can the bags carry our branding?
The standard offer uses a custom adhesive label. Use a 3 × 2.5-inch label for the 4 oz bag or a 4 × 2-inch label for the 8.8 oz bag. Supply PNG or JPEG artwork. Extend the background to the label edge, and keep text, logos and borders at least ⅛ inch inside every edge. Final print approval is required before production.
Can we choose a roast preference?
Yes. Use the inquiry form to indicate light, medium, or dark roast, or ask Oval to recommend a coffee for your recipients and project. Final availability and any pricing difference are confirmed in the quote.
Can Oval support recurring corporate gifting?
Yes. Ask about repeat production for new-hire kits, client campaigns, employee programs, quarterly gifts, seasonal gifting, and multi-event calendars.
How far ahead should we inquire?
Production has a two-week lead time after final artwork approval and receipt of 100% payment. Shipping transit is additional; share your required arrival date and delivery location so we can confirm the schedule.
When is payment due?
100% of the confirmed order total is required before production begins. Production starts after full payment and final artwork approval.
Do you ship or deliver custom coffee gifts?
Pickup, local delivery, and shipping can be coordinated. The cost depends on order size, destination count, venue access, and timing, so logistics are confirmed in the final quote.
