Coffee for hotels & hospitality. Just add hot water.
Offer guests a craft cup of real ground specialty coffee with Oval Pour Over Single Serves. Each individually sealed packet includes a built-in filter that rests over a suitable mug. Add hot water to brew—no coffee machine, grinder or barista required.
Choose from three Bronx-roasted coffee profiles in 100-count cases for guest rooms, lounges, shared workspaces, caterers, conference centers and events.
No electricity is needed by the filter itself. Provide a separate source of hot water, suitable cups and a place for used filters.

Real coffee. A built-in filter. A simple setup.
Ground coffee, not instant
Hot water passes through real coffee grounds and the filter into the cup. The grounds remain in the filter, which is removed after brewing.
Sealed until the guest is ready
Set out individual packets for guests to open and brew when they want a cup. Keep unused packets sealed and store them according to the packaging guidance.
No dedicated coffee machine
The filter supplies the brewing mechanism. Provide hot water and a mug that securely supports the filter arms, along with clear instructions.
Three coffees. 100 servings per case.
Each case contains 100 individually sealed single serves of one coffee profile. Order separate cases to offer more than one profile. Choose the coffee that fits your guests and service setting.

Plan each setting around access to hot water, the right cup, clear brewing instructions and cleanup. Consider guest flow and the number of people brewing at the same time.
Hotels and guest rooms
Place sealed packets beside a suitable mug and make hot-water access clear. Consider guest-room amenities, welcome kits or a shared guest pantry.
Lounges and waiting areas
Offer a self-serve option where hot water and stable cups are available. Keep brewing directions visible and provide disposal nearby.
Shared workspaces
Stock the pantry or meeting area so members can brew an individual cup without using a communal coffee brewer.
Conference centers
Plan individually brewed cups for breakout rooms, meeting kits or smaller sessions. Allow space and time for each person to brew.
Caterers and event spaces
Add sealed packets to a self-serve station or guest takeaway. For a large simultaneous coffee break, plan brewing capacity and hot-water replenishment.
Airlines and travel hospitality
Consider lounge service or a proposed onboard program. Confirm hot-water handling, cup compatibility, storage and operator approval for your setting before rollout.
Welcome bags and event gifts

Provide the essentials
- Sealed Oval Pour Over Single Serves.
- A reliable supply of hot water, with safe pouring access.
- Mugs or cups that securely support the filter arms.
- Visible brewing directions and space for each person to brew.
- A place for used filters and empty packaging.
Open. Attach. Pour.
- Open the outer packet and tear the filter along its indicated line.
- Unfold the arms and secure the filter over the mug.
- Follow the packet’s directions, pouring hot water gradually through the grounds. Let it drain, then remove the filter before drinking.
Plan servings, then cases.
100 servings require 1 case of 100 single serves.
This plans quantity only. Calculate each coffee profile separately and allow for hot-water capacity and brewing space.
Allow one packet per serving. Estimate repeat cups and extra demand, divide your planned servings by 100, and round up to whole cases. If offering multiple profiles, calculate the case quantities for each separately.
80 welcome kits
One packet per kit uses 80 packets. One case provides those servings and leaves 20 for additional demand.
50 guests, two cups each
That is 100 servings: one case before any additional allowance. Build extra demand into your order plan.
20 people over five days
One serving per person per day uses 100 packets. Adjust for visitors, repeat cups and the actual pattern of use.
Store unopened packets in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct light and moisture. Follow the best-by and storage information on the packaging.

Hospitality coffee questions.
Is this instant coffee?
No. Every packet contains ground coffee and a built-in filter. Hot water brews through the grounds into the cup.
Does brewing require electricity or a barista?
The filter requires neither electricity nor a barista. Your setting still needs hot water, a suitable cup and clear brewing directions. The method used to heat or maintain the water is separate from the coffee filter.
Are all three coffees included in one case?
No. Each 100-count case contains one profile: Bowling Green, The Natural or Riverside. Order separate cases to offer a choice.
Is Riverside Half Caff decaf?
No. Riverside contains caffeine. Half-caff describes the blend; it does not establish a measured caffeine amount per brewed cup. See the half-caff guide for more information.
What is included with a case?
Each case includes 100 individually sealed pour-over single serves. Hot water, cups, prepared coffee and on-site service are not included.
Can we discuss recurring supply or a trial setup?
Use the wholesale inquiry to discuss quantities, timing and your service setting. For a smaller product purchase before a larger order, explore single-serve pour-over formats.
Can the coffee be part of a branded guest gift?
