How to brew single-serve pour-over coffee
- Open the packet, remove the drip bag and tear the filter along its marked edge.
- Unfold the arms and secure the filter over a suitable mug on a stable surface.
- Wet the grounds, then pour hot water slowly in stages. Keep water below the filter’s top edge and allow it to drain between pours.
- Follow the packet directions for your cup. Let the final pour drain, then remove the filter.

Coffee variety pack questions
Is this instant coffee, a pod or a steeping bag?
No. Hot water flows through ground coffee and a filter into your mug. The grounds stay in the drip bag rather than dissolving. Use the filter arms for pour-over brewing; the packet is not designed for a capsule machine or steeping in the cup.
Is this a decaf or all-Half-Caff pack?
No. Only the two Riverside servings are Half Caff, and they still contain caffeine. Bowling Green and The Natural are caffeinated coffees. Caffeine in the finished cup varies with dose and brewing.
How does this compare with the 24-count pack?
This smaller sampler contains three Bowling Green Women-Grown, three The Natural Natural Process and two Riverside Half Caff servings. The 24-count Pour Over Variety Pack contains eight of each coffee for more tasting and sharing.
How should I store the packets?
Keep each sleeve sealed until brewing. Store packets in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, direct light and strong odors. Follow the best-by information on the packaging.
