Cancellation policy

Subscription purchases

When you select a subscription, you agree to recurring orders and charges at the price and frequency shown with your selected purchase option and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Review the selected delivery interval carefully: delivery every four weeks is different from delivery once per calendar month.

Managing or canceling your subscription

You may skip an upcoming delivery or cancel your subscription at any time. Use the subscription-management options provided with your subscription, or contact support@oval.nyc for assistance.

To prevent the next scheduled renewal charge, complete your cancellation before that charge is processed. Check that your subscription shows as canceled, or obtain confirmation from our support team.

Orders already charged

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. Contact support@oval.nyc for help with an existing order.

One-time purchases

A one-time purchase does not create a recurring subscription.
