Simple starting price

$370 includes hot drip coffee drop-off for up to 10 guests. Each additional guest is $7 through 100 guests: 20 guests = $440; 50 guests = $650.

The next 100 guests are $6 each; guests above 200 are $5.50 each. These rates cover up to 4 hours. Manhattan delivery is included. Staffing, delivery elsewhere, add-ons, taxes and longer service may increase the total. Use the estimator for your event; availability and final pricing require confirmation.

Self-serve hospitality coffee

Individually sealed packets contain specialty ground coffee and a built-in filter: just hot water and a suitable mug. Each 100-count case contains one profile. Coffee catering FAQs

Should I choose drop-off or staffed coffee service?
Choose drop-off when your team can serve the delivered coffee and manage the station. Choose staffed drip service when you want an Oval attendant to maintain the station during the agreed service window. Share guest flow, service hours and venue access so the team can review the setup.
Is this an espresso cart or barista package?
The published estimator covers hot drip coffee drop-off and staffed hot drip stations, with listed add-ons. For a different menu or service format, contact support about availability and a custom quote.
What does the catering estimate include?
The estimator itemizes the selected drip service, guest count, service duration, delivery area and chosen add-ons. Separate service periods, special equipment, venue charges, taxes or additional staffing may change the final quote. Review the displayed breakdown with Christopher before booking.
Can we order coffee packets instead of prepared coffee?
Yes. Explore hospitality coffee and 100-count pour-over cases for a station your team operates. Packets contain ground coffee and a filter; provide hot water and suitable cups separately. These case purchases do not include catered service.
Can we add coffee gifts for attendees?
Compare ready-to-order coffee gifts or custom-labeled corporate gifts. Share quantities and delivery dates early; gifts are a separate purchase or quoted scope.
Does submitting an inquiry confirm my event?
No. Christopher will review availability, timing, venue access and the final price. Your event is confirmed only after the booking arrangements are agreed.
