Each case contains one profile. Select separate cases to offer more than one coffee.

Specialty coffee for hospitality, events and gift baskets

Plan where guests will brew, how many cups they will need, and how you will store the remaining packets.

Hotels and hospitality

Place single-serve coffee packets in guest rooms, welcome kits, or vacation rentals. Provide a suitable mug, access to hot water, and brewing instructions. See the hospitality and gift basket coffee guide for setup planning.

Foodservice and travel hospitality

Explore single-serve coffee for caterers, restaurants, cruises, airlines and private jets. The packet includes real ground coffee and its filter. Review hot-water access, cup compatibility and service procedures for your setting.

Events and activations

Add pour-over packets to attendee bags or set up a self-serve coffee station. Plan hot-water access and supplies around expected attendance.

Gifting and welcome kits

Include individually sealed coffee in client gifts, employee welcome kits, and travel boxes. Each packet keeps the coffee and its filter together, so you do not need to know which coffee machine a recipient owns. See 100-count coffee for gift basket companies. For smaller gifts and mixed-profile samplers, explore coffee gifts and variety packs.

Plan your order

Set up a simple station

Provide hot water, heat-safe mugs, a stable brewing surface, and a place for used filters. Share Oval’s visual brewing guide for first-time guests.

Estimate your quantity

Multiply expected drinkers by cups per person and service days, then divide by 100 and round up. For example, 40 people × 2 cups × 3 days = 240 servings: order 3 cases for 300 servings. If offering multiple profiles, calculate and round up the case count separately for each profile. Allow for your expected demand.

Store for freshness

Keep packets sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light. Follow the best-by information on the packaging and rotate stock.

Bulk pour-over coffee questions

Can I mix coffee profiles within one case?

Each 100-count case contains one profile. Choose separate cases for a larger selection, or explore mixed-profile variety packs to try the coffees first.

Are these drip bags instant coffee or coffee pods?

No. They contain ground coffee in a built-in filter. Hot water passes through the grounds into your mug; the grounds stay in the filter. Follow the brewing guide for preparation.

Are cups, hot water, or catering service included?

The case contains pour-over coffee packets. Supply hot water, suitable mugs, and a brewing area separately. For delivered hot drip coffee or a staffed station, visit NYC coffee catering.

Can the coffee packets carry my branding?

These listings are for standard Oval bulk cases. For custom-labeled coffee bags, explore corporate and custom coffee gifts. Ask the team to confirm formats and packaging for your project.

Is the Half Caff option caffeine-free?

No. Riverside Half Caff still contains caffeine. The 50/50 blend ratio is not an exact caffeine measurement for each cup; coffee dose, serving size and brewing method affect the amount.

When should I place a time-sensitive order?

Confirm current availability and delivery timing before ordering for an event or arrival date. Share the quantity, destination and date needed when discussing a larger supply program with Oval’s wholesale team.
