No coffee machine? There’s still a good cup.

A small office, a satellite workspace or a meeting room may have hot water without a coffee machine nearby. Oval’s individually sealed pour-overs keep the setup simple: a packet, hot water and a heat-safe cup that supports the filter.

The ground coffee is already measured. Unfold the filter’s arms over the cup, pour slowly and let it drip. The used grounds stay in the filter for easy disposal.

A little choice beside the pod machine.

Keep the familiar office coffee, and give people another way to brew. For someone who enjoys pouring their own cup, Oval offers the aroma and small ritual of a pour-over, one serving at a time.

Choose Women-Grown light roast, fruit-forward natural process coffee or Riverside Half Caff. These are coffees to explore, with no added flavoring.

Single sleeves or a tear-open eight-pack caddy.

Bring a local NYC coffee roaster to your office pantry, micro-pantry or workplace micro-market. Each individually sealed Oval pour-over sleeve contains 11 g of specialty coffee and its own filter, and measures 4.5 inches high × 4.25 inches wide × 0.375 inches deep.

For a ready-to-display option, choose the eight-pack paperboard caddy: 4.25 inches long × 4.25 inches wide × 5.25 inches high when closed, with eight individually sealed sleeves (88 g total). Tear open the caddy to merchandise the sleeves on a pantry shelf or beside your coffee machine, tea and sugar organizer or hot-water dispenser.

The closed caddy has a 4.25-by-4.25-inch footprint. Allow extra clearance to open the display and remove sleeves. Provide suitable cups, clear brewing directions and room to pour hot water; Oval brews over a cup rather than inside a coffee machine.

For gift baskets and welcome kits, include a full closed caddy for eight servings or use individual sleeves from 100-count bulk cases. Measure the usable interior and allow room for other contents and packing material. Test a sample in fitted organizers before ordering.

From the packet to your cup.

  1. Open and unfold.

Open the outer sleeve, tear the filter along its marked top and unfold the paper arms.

  2. Set it over a cup.

Rest the arms securely on a suitable heat-safe cup, on a stable surface.

  3. Pour, let drip, enjoy.

Add hot water slowly in stages. Let the coffee drain, then remove and dispose of the filter.

Stock a pantry. Offer it in a micro-market.

Keep individually sealed packets near the hot water in a shared pantry, or discuss a pour-over option for your workplace micro-market. Each 100-count case contains one coffee profile, so you can choose a favorite or order separate cases to offer all three.

For office and facilities teams

Provide a safe hot-water source, suitable cups, a stable brewing surface and a place to discard used filters. A short brewing guide helps first-time users get started.

Choosing coffee for your micro-market assortment

A workplace micro-market sells items individually through self-checkout; an office pantry usually makes refreshments available as an employee amenity. Oval supplies individually sealed coffee packets for either setup. Your team or operator manages the hot-water station, stocking and any checkout system.

Start with how people use the space.

For a small office or meeting room, set out one coffee with a short brewing guide. For a broader assortment, pair Bowling Green with fruit-forward The Natural and add Riverside Half Caff for people who prefer a blend of caffeinated coffee and decaf.

Pour-overs suit people who can take a moment to brew by hand. Keep the packets beside suitable cups and a safe hot-water source, with enough room to pour and let the coffee drain.

Plan quantities and replenishment.

Each case provides 100 single servings of one coffee. As a planning example, 10 packets used per workday would use one case in 10 workdays. Track actual usage by coffee before setting your reorder quantities.

For micro-market resale, confirm individual packet labeling, barcode and checkout requirements with your operator before ordering. Ask Oval about current availability, storage guidance, shelf life and commercial pricing for your intended program.

Office pantry & micro-market questions

What coffee can an office offer without a coffee machine?

Oval Pour Over Single Serves contain real ground coffee in a built-in drip filter. An office can offer them with hot water, suitable heat-safe cups, a stable brewing surface and a place for used filters. A way to heat or supply the water is still required.

Is this instant coffee?

No. Hot water passes through ground coffee in the filter to brew a fresh cup. The coffee does not dissolve in water.

Can we offer Oval alongside K-Cups or Nespresso?

Yes. Set the packets beside your existing coffee options for people who want to make a pour-over. Brew Oval over a cup with hot water; do not put the packet in a pod machine.

What comes in a bulk case?

Each case contains 100 individually sealed single-serve pour-over packets of one coffee: Bowling Green, The Natural or Riverside Half Caff. Each packet contains 0.39 oz of ground coffee. Cups and hot-water equipment are separate.

Is Riverside caffeine-free?

No. Riverside combines equal portions of caffeinated coffee and decaf. It still contains caffeine, and the blend ratio does not establish an exact caffeine amount in a brewed cup.

How do we discuss a multi-location pantry or micro-market program?

Contact Oval with your company, location count, delivery destinations, expected monthly servings and preferred coffees. Include any display or checkout requirements. We’ll review availability, quantities, commercial terms and timing with you.
