Return & Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every cup to be one you actually look forward to. Because our coffee is roasted to order and packed fresh, most sealed coffee products, including whole-bean light roasts and single-serve pour-over drip bags, are considered final sale. That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, email us at support@oval.nyc within 7 days of receiving it.
  • We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) to make it right.
  • Refunds, when issued, go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return.
