We want every cup to be one you actually look forward to. Because our coffee is roasted to order and packed fresh, most sealed coffee products — including whole-bean coffee and single-serve pour-overs — are considered final sale. That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@oval.nyc within 7 days of delivery (include your order number and, if helpful, a photo).
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) to make it right.
- Refunds (when issued) are returned to the original payment method after review.
