Office pantries and events
Set out packets where people can brew their own coffee. Provide hot water, heat-safe mugs, a stable brewing surface and a place for used filters. This case supplies coffee packets, rather than prepared coffee or on-site service.
Plan packets, then cases
- Count your servings. One packet makes one serving. For 80 welcome boxes with one packet each, one case supplies all 80 and leaves 20 packets. Include repeat cups and extra demand in your estimate.
- Round up to whole cases. Divide your planned servings by 100 and round up. This case contains one coffee profile; order separate profiles if you want to offer more options.
- Keep packets sealed. Store them in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct light and moisture. Keep packets sealed until brewing, follow the best-by information on the packaging and rotate stock.
Show guests how the filter works
- Open the packet and tear the filter along its marked edge.
- Unfold the arms and secure the filter over a suitable mug.
- Wet the grounds, then pour hot water slowly in stages, keeping it below the filter’s top edge and allowing water to drain between pours.
- Let the coffee drain, then remove the filter.

Bulk pour-over coffee questions
Can I try a smaller pack first?
Yes. The Natural 8-count pour-over caddy offers the same coffee profile and drip-bag format in a smaller pack.
Is the fruit character from added flavoring?
No. It reflects the coffee, natural processing, roasting and brewing. In natural processing, whole cherries dry with fruit around the seeds before the dried layers are removed. Read the Natural Process Coffee Guide for the full explanation.
Is this instant coffee or a coffee pod?
No. Water flows through ground coffee and a filter into your mug. The grounds stay in the drip bag instead of dissolving. The packet is not designed for a pod or capsule machine.
Does natural processing mean organic or decaf?
Natural process describes how the coffee cherries are dried after harvest. It is not an organic certification or a decaffeination method. The Natural contains caffeine.
When should I order for an event or guest arrival?
Check current availability and the shipping options at checkout. For a time-sensitive business order, share your case quantity, delivery destination and date needed with Oval’s wholesale team before ordering.
