Custom Coffee Gifting Form

Corporate & event gifting

Tell us about custom 4 oz or 8.8 oz coffee bags for client gifts, employee appreciation, welcome kits, conferences, events, hospitality, or other gifting programs. The 4 oz bag has a 250-bag minimum, and the 8.8 oz bag has a 100-bag minimum.

Catering inquiries

Share your service date, venue, attendance, and timing for staffed drip coffee stations, hot drip coffee drop-off, tea, cold brew, guest gifts, or recurring hospitality programs.

Catering services start at $370 for service for 10 people. Packages are customized depending on party size, venue, and scope of services. Review NYC coffee catering services. Oval's Director of Coffee & Catering, Christopher Alspach, handles availability, customization, and booking.

Your preliminary coffee catering estimate

Our standard hot drip service covers four hours. The service window below starts at 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; change it to fit your event.

Hot drip starts at $300 plus $7 per person, with a 10-person minimum ($370). The rate is $6 per person for guests 101–200 and $5.50 thereafter. Service beyond four hours counts guests again for each additional service period. Staffed drip adds $40 per hour; tea adds $3 per person, cold brew $4 per person, vintage china $3 per person, and each additional milk option $10. Manhattan delivery is included; other listed areas add $65 or $120. Custom services and other destinations need a final quote from Christopher.

Before you send

Does sending a catering inquiry confirm a booking?

No. The planner is a preliminary estimate. Christopher confirms availability, venue requirements, scope and final pricing before booking.

Should I request hospitality supply or catering?

Choose Hospitality coffee in the general form for coffee packets you will brew and serve yourself. Each 100-count case supplies one coffee profile. Provide hot water and suitable cups separately. Use the catering form for prepared coffee or event service, and explore the hospitality guide for setup and quantities.

What should I include for an online order question?

Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send payment-card details or account passwords.
