Welcome to Oval Coffee Roasters (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website www.oval.nyc and purchasing our roasted whole bean and ground coffee products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make a purchase. You agree not to misuse our website or products in any unlawful or prohibited manner.

2. Products & Availability

We roast fresh coffee in small batches. While we do our best to keep all products in stock, availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may be changed at any time. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or factors outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our coffee. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at andrew@oval.nyc. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for opened bags or products simply not to your taste. See our [Return Policy] for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Oval Coffee Roasters and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oval Coffee Roasters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
