Hi, I’m Christopher Alspach, co-founder of Oval Coffee Roasters.
I started Oval with the goal of applying more than a decade of coffee experience in a more intentional and accessible way.
With that experience, we believe we are solving three of the biggest challenges people face with coffee today.
The first is clarity. Coffee can be complicated, so we focus on ideas that are simple to understand, including Women-Grown sourcing, Natural Process coffee, and Half Caff.
The second challenge is convenience. We address this through our single-serve pour-over format, executed in a thoughtful and elevated way without sacrificing quality.
The third is relevance. Oval is roaster driven, but also rooted in design, culture, and modern New York City context.
