A new home for Oval online
September 2025 marked the launch of a newly built Oval website. It created clearer paths to shop by format, learn about the three coffee profiles, find nearby retailers, and follow the brand’s work in New York City.

Oval on New York City retail shelves
At the time of this update, Oval coffee was available through The Locavore in the West Village, Happier Grocery, Park Slope Food Coop, and A Matter of Health on the Upper East Side.
Retail assortments and inventory change. Use Oval’s current store locator before making a trip to confirm the latest participating locations and contact the retailer directly when you need a particular coffee or format.

Coffee service for Resident events
During this period, Oval worked with Resident, bringing brewed coffee and a complete presentation to breakfast and lunch events. The work reflected an important part of Oval’s approach: thoughtful coffee service designed around the setting, guests, and flow of an event.

Coffee profiles told through film
Oval collaborated with Sweetstory Media on films for Bowling Green, The Natural, and Riverside. The series connects each coffee with a New York City setting and features trumpeter Dr. Jonathan Saraga, including a performance filmed at the SeaGlass Carousel in The Battery.
Each film now has its own watch page with context about the featured coffee and direct paths to the corresponding guide, collection, and product formats.
A simple coffee format for travel and changing routines
As the weather cooled, we looked ahead to hot coffee at home, at work, and while traveling. Oval Pour Over Single Serves contain real ground coffee in built-in drip filters, each sealed in its own packet. Unfold the filter arms over a suitable mug on a stable surface. They brew with hot water—without a coffee machine, grinder, pod, capsule, or separate pour-over cone.
The collection includes individual profiles and variety packs. New users can also watch the dedicated brewing tutorial before making their first cup.
