We build Riverside using a deliberate mix of fully caffeinated coffees and beans decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process — a 100% chemical-free, water-based decaffeination method that preserves origin character. The result is smooth, structured, and generous in the cup.

Each lot is sourced seasonally for balance, warmth, and depth, then roasted in small batches in the Bronx, NYC. Expect cocoa and fig-jam notes, gentle lift instead of a spike, and a finish that feels steady instead of jittery.
