Our pour-over lineup features three distinct, ethically sourced light roasts:

Bowling Green Blend — Women-Produced, Always Exceptional.

Rotating Central American lots chosen for clarity, sweetness, and structure with notes of cherry and apple. We source from women who manage and sell their own coffee because the quality is outstanding and the impact is direct. The name is a nod to early 20th-century NYC coffee trailblazer Alice Foote MacDougall. Available in single-serve pour-over (8 pack) and as 250g whole bean.

Riverside Blend — Half the Caffeine, All the Nuance.

Balanced and comforting with cocoa and fig-jam depth, Riverside is intentionally crafted as a half-caff. We use Swiss Water Process decaf for a chemical-free approach that keeps flavor intact. Perfect for slower mornings and gentler energy. Also offered as 250g whole bean in our Light Roast Whole-Bean Collection.

The Natural — Sun-Dried, Playful, and Expressive.

A naturally processed, sun-dried coffee roasted light to let the fruit shine. This profile is vivid, textured, and a little wild (in the best way). We only work with producers who have the patience and precision to nail natural processing without harsh fermentation. Also available as 250g whole bean.
