After years of pop-ups, tastings, retail demos, and hospitality service, we noticed the same coffee questions coming up again and again. We’re answering them simply, honestly, and without jargon.
Short answer: there isn’t one. Espresso is a brewing method, not a different type of bean.
Any coffee can be brewed as espresso, including light roast coffee and light-to-medium roast coffee. What matters most is freshness, rest time, grind, dose, water, pressure, and recipe.
