As a New York City specialty coffee company, we roast light roasted coffees with restraint and precision, pursuing sweetness, structure, and clarity in every batch. Our approach emphasizes sourcing transparency and intentional roasting, delivering coffees that feel composed, expressive, and built for everyday ritual.

Our lineup includes women farmed coffees, fruit forward natural process profiles, and balanced half caffeinated options, shaped by years of experience in Pacific Northwest specialty coffee and rooted in New York City.

Oval’s co founder and Director of Coffee, Christopher Alspach, has been certified by the Specialty Coffee Association since 2014 and refined his craft in the Pacific Northwest before returning home to New York.
