The Natural is our ode to naturally processed coffee — beans dried inside the fruit before hulling. When done right, that slow sun-dry process concentrates sweetness and brings out a vivid, layered cup you just can’t fake. We roast it light in New York City to let that fruit character stay front and center.

The Blend

This one is all naturally processed coffee. We built The Natural for drinkers who like their coffee playful and expressive, with real fruit tone, texture, and lift. It’s a fan favorite for a reason.

Natural processing takes skill and patience — too fast or too loose and you get harsh fermentation. We only work with producers who know how to dry coffee cherries in a way that keeps sweetness clean, not muddy. You can see snapshots from the drying patios and sourcing trips in our Photo Gallery.

The Format: Brew Anywhere

This box includes eight single-serve pour-over drip bags. Each packet unfolds into its own brewer: hook it on your mug, pour hot water slowly, and you’re holding a legit, café-quality cup.
