Bowling Green Blend is built around coffees sourced directly from women producers. Each lot rotates seasonally — often from Central America — and is chosen for both the producer and the cup: sweet, clean, and structured with notes like cherry and apple. We roast it light in New York City to keep clarity, balance, and that bright fruit character that defined modern light roast coffee.

We began buying women-produced coffees after visiting a women’s co-op meeting in Huehuetenango. The energy in that room wasn’t just about coffee — it was about ownership, voice, and real participation in the business. This isn’t marketing fluff. It’s direct, continued sourcing from producers whose work overdelivers, every time. The Format: Brew Anywhere

This box contains eight single-serve pour-over drip bags. Each packet unfolds into its own brewer: hook it onto your mug, pour in hot water slowly, and you get a clean, café-quality cup with zero equipment. This brew style has been part of specialty coffee culture in Asia for decades — portable, consistent, and shockingly good. See it in action in our Video Gallery.

We consider this a far better experience — in both flavor and ritual — than “instant coffee,” pods, or flavored RTD packets. It’s real coffee, roasted by us in NYC, portioned for you.
