We want every cup you enjoy to be one you love. Because our coffee is roasted to order, bags of beans and pour over single serves are final sale. However:

• If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to meet your expectations, please reach out to us at Andrew@oval.nyc within 7 days of receipt.

• We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, to make it right—no hassle, no questions.

• You’ll be responsible for return shipping; any refund will be issued to your original method of payment after we inspect the return.
